This site was created for current and future residents of the Eastgate Condominium Association neighborhood. A condominium development with 108 homes, we are conveniently located in Martinez, California.

The Association was founded to help insure all our community areas are properly maintained. In this site you will find important information about our Community, Calendar of Events, the Management Team, the Board of Directors, public documents critical to the operation of the Homeowners Association,and private documents for current members of our association including Newsletters and Board Meeting Minutes from past Board Meetings, useful local community links and much more.

This web site is for the benefit of all residents and is intended to help share information about the Association in an efficient manner for the benefit of the Membership in partnership with the Board of Directors and the Management Team.

For new or prospective members of the community, we hope this site will help you gain a better understanding and appreciation for what Eastgate has to offer. Please take a few minutes to become familiar with the web site. We also welcome and encourage your constructive feedback and suggestions.

The Eastgate Condominium Association  is professionally managed by Association Communications, Inc. (ACI).
ACI is an Accredited Community Management Firm with the California Association of Community Managers.

ACI’s office hours (except on Federal holidays) are:
Monday through Thursday:  9AM to 5PM
Friday:  9AM to 1PM
We are closed daily for lunch from 12PM to 12:30PM

In the event of an emergency affecting life, limb or property, dial 911.  If you need assistance with an urgent Association matter after-hours, during a Federal holiday, or on a weekend, please call: 925.283.4900 - Press “5”. The answering service will take your call and your concerns will be handled as appropriate. Examples of Association-related, after-hours concerns could be an irrigation leak in common area landscaping or a common area tree that needs attention.
